We sold our Flossmoor home with Vicki as our agent.
She is, by far, the most passionate agent we've ever worked with. It's unfortunate there isn't a "Care about you as a person" rating in Zillow because Vicki would get 10 out of 5 starts on that front. We were in the midst of moving 4 hours away while Vicki was trying to sell our home, and we did not make it easy for her. Despite the hurdle of boxes and packaging materials all over the place she still managed to sell our home at a price we were really happy with and within a reasonable amount of time. If you are in the Homewood/Flossmoor area we cannot recommend Vicki highly enough; she adores the community and is not only working to help people buy and sell their homes, but she is an active promoter of maintaining and improving the community in countless ways. Vicki serves as the foundation for many community building activities and improvements. I'm so glad we had her on our team when we sold, and I'm even more glad that HF has her as an advocate.

She is incredibly knowledgeable of the real estate market and had wonderful tips for helping us sell our house. Our house was a difficult one to sell due to its high taxes and she stuck with us and did all she could (including meeting with tax personnel to get questions answered) until the right buyer came along. She can sniff out a lousy rehab or point out a quality house that may simply look dated. She'll quickly get a sense of your taste and send along listings that you may not have initially considered.
